Once a symbol of power and exclusive to the wealthy elite, it was not until the European Renaissance, when artisan numbers increased, that the Armchair could be afforded by the middle classes. Nowadays, the Armchair is an integral part of the British Home, with styles ranging from neat low tub chairs to large deep lounge chairs.

The Armchair Gallery showcases some elegant and classic styles, all of which can be custom-built to individual requirements through options in piping, nailing, leg colour, fabric, trimming and size modifications, so that each and every armchair is totally unique.

As standard, all armchairs come with a traditionally sprung seat, sprung back, feather and down cushion , organic luxury stuffings, hand sewn covers and stained, polished and waxed legs. Fabrics with a pattern repeat may need additional metres and some design modifications may alter the guide price.* FR interliner will be required for non compliant fabric.
